They are looking for a Part-Qualified Accountant with relevant experience to contribute to the financial success and growth of our business. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Planning and managing the effective, professional, and efficient delegation, flow-through, and completion of Accounts work for clients, including, sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies of various sizes.
  • Assisting in setting up new businesses, discussing suitable business structures, HMRC compliance, and providing advice on record-keeping.
  • Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of Accounts and Financial Reporting and related matters.
  • Managing and supporting a team of staff to achieve their goals and objectives, ensuring they are developing their skills and capabilities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contacts, and colleagues.
  • Building relationships with client staff and acting as an ambassador for the firm.


About You:

  • You will be a Fully or Part-qualified accountant with a recognised professional qualification (ACCA, ACA)
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
