About You:
Experience in manufacturing, production, or engineering finance environments
Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost management and process improvement
Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or actively studying towards qualification
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
Full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
What You'll Do:
Oversee cost accounting activities including raw materials, labour, and overheads
Support stock takes, reconciliations, and inventory valuation processes
Perform variance analysis to identify waste and improvement opportunities
Assist in the preparation of management accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
Collaborate with operational teams to deliver actionable financial insights
