Part Qualified Accountant (Craigavon)

VANRATH are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for a Part Qualified Accountant to join a manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Belfast on an 12 month contract basis. This is an urgent role for the business and will be offering an immediate start in order to facilitate a 2 week handover. Preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available for start date. This is an excellent opportunity for a Part Qualified Accountant to gain industry experience with an market leader where you will have the opportunity to work from home. There is an excellent chance of this role becoming permanent inside of the 12 month period.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and posting of accruals/prepayments
• Month end balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparation of weekly financial reports
• Stock reconciliations
• Processing intercompany invoices
• Working on ad hoc projects

The Ideal Person:

The successful candidate will be a Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience of working within a month end reporting team. Excellent IT skills, especially MS Excel for reporting purposes. Immediately available

Remuneration:

£35,000-£40,000
