Client

VANRATH are delighted to be working with a leading business based in Co Antrim who require a Part-Qualified Accountant to join them on an initial 12-month contract. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Part-Qualified Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly accounts.

If you are a Part-Qualified Accountant with extensive month end exposure along with excellent reporting skills, this could be the ideal role?

The Ideal Person

If you are a Part-Qualified Accountant:

  • Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Experience within manufacturing desirable
  • High degree of self-motivation and initiative
  • Strong MS Excel skills including pivots and vLookups

Responsibilities

As a Part-Qualified Accountant, you will:

  • Prepare month end accounts
  • Reconciliation of inter-company balances
  • Completion of VAT returns
  • Ad hoc project costing
