Paralegal - Road Traffic Accident
Location: Belfast City Centre
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
About the Firm
We are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Belfast City Centre, known for delivering exceptional legal services across multiple practice areas. Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Road Traffic Accident (RTA) Litigation team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal with an interest in RTA litigation to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment. You will work closely with solicitors and legal professionals, assisting in managing a caseload of RTA claims from inception to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the management of RTA claims, including gathering evidence, drafting legal documents, and preparing court bundles.
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts, and third parties to progress cases efficiently.
- Conducting legal research and case analysis to support solicitors in litigation proceedings.
- Ensuring all case files and documentation are maintained accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supporting solicitors in court preparations, including drafting correspondence and legal submissions.
- Handling client queries professionally and providing updates on case progress.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A law degree
- Previous experience working as a Paralegal in personal injury, RTA, or litigation (desirable but not essential).
- Strong legal research, drafting, and organisational skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing workload.
