Location: Belfast City Centre
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

We are delighted to be working with a leading Belfast-based law firm known for its expertise in litigation. Due to continued growth and an increasing caseload, the firm is expanding its team and seeking a Litigation Paralegal to provide key support to its solicitors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with an interest in litigation to gain valuable hands-on experience in a busy and dynamic legal environment. You will work closely with solicitors, assisting in the management of a variety of litigation cases from inception to resolution.

• Assisting in the management of litigation cases, including document preparation, legal drafting, and evidence gathering.
• Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties to progress cases efficiently.
• Conducting legal research and case analysis to support litigation proceedings.
• Ensuring all case files and documentation are accurately maintained and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Supporting solicitors with court preparations, including drafting correspondence and legal submissions.
• Handling client queries professionally and providing regular case updates.

• A law degree (essential).
• Previous paralegal experience in litigation (desirable but not essential).
• Strong legal research, drafting, and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to workload management.
