The Role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the residential property team and ensuring the smooth progression of conveyancing files from instruction to completion. You will work closely with solicitors, clients, and third parties, contributing to the delivery of a first-class service while developing your expertise in a busy and well-regarded team.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting solicitors with residential conveyancing files from initial instruction to post-completion
Preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
Managing searches, title checks, and preparing reports
Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors
Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Assisting with drafting completion statements and managing key dates
Providing general administrative and legal support as required
About You
Previous experience working in a conveyancing or property-focused legal support role is essential
Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and associated documentation
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficient in legal case management systems and MS Office
