The Role

The Conveyancing Paralegal will support the residential property team in delivering a high standard of service to clients. You will assist solicitors with the full conveyancing process from instruction through to completion, ensuring files progress efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting solicitors with residential conveyancing files from initial instruction to post-completion
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
  • Managing searches, title checks, and preparing reports
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors
  • Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assisting with drafting completion statements and managing key dates
  • Providing general administrative and legal support as required

About You:

  • Previous experience working in a conveyancing or property-focused legal support role is essential
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and associated documentation
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in legal case management systems and MS Office
