Conveyancing Paralegal

We are delighted to partner with a prestigious law firm in Belfast to recruit a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal for their busy property department.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation, including contracts and title deeds
  • Managing case files from instruction through to completion
  • Handling client and third-party correspondence professionally and efficiently
  • Assisting Solicitors with administrative and legal tasks
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing diaries, deadlines, and case progress effectively


Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities


Essential Criteria:

  • Proficiency in handling case files and legal documentation
  • Confident in client interaction and telephone communication
