Are you looking for a Painter role? Interested in working for a leading Construction Company?
VANRATH are recruiting a Painter to work for a leading Building Maintenance contractor, based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Remuneration:
c£28,000 per annum + van / fuel / package
Responsibilities:
- Carry out painting to high quality standard
- Response maintenance as and when required
- Able to work within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines, ensuring contractual deadlines are delivered
- Communicate with management and Quantity Surveyor
- Itemise the work to be carried out in customers' dwellings and premises
- Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that Client expect
- Travel across Northern Ireland as required
- Dealing with the general public in a professional manner ensuring all customers are treated with dignity and respect.
- Uphold Data Protection Policies
- Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business
- Any other ad hoc projects as required
The Ideal Person:
- Qualified in a relevant trade and be able to provide suitable certification
- Hold a valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
- Full UK Driving License
- Experience in construction and painting industry
- Demonstrate experience working on Social Housing contracts
