VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a long-term client that has just acquired a new business, they are hiring for an Outbound Sales Executive to help cross-sell and up-sell their products for the new business.
What's in it for you?
- £26,000 - £29,000 base salary
- OTE £40,000 - £50,000 (uncapped earning potential)
- 3-month initial contract with strong potential to become permanent

About you
- A confident and resilient communicator with a passion for sales
- Target-driven with experience working to KPIs and achieving goals
- B2B sales experience preferred (B2C considered)
- Skilled in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship building
- Motivated to take initiative and manage your own sales pipeline
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a high-volume outbound calling environment
What you'll do
- Generate new business through outbound B2B calls (up to 150 per day)
- Manage inbound and cross-sell opportunities from warm and existing accounts
- Build rapport with customers and identify sales opportunities across multiple products and services
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, becoming a trusted advisor to customers
- Deliver consistent results against targets while contributing to the success of a growing sales team
