Outbound Sales - Belfast (High OTE)

Job Description

VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a long-term client that has just acquired a new business, they are hiring for an Outbound Sales Executive to help cross-sell and up-sell their products for the new business.

Salary/ Benefits
£26,000 - £30,000 basic plus commission (commission paid on leads generated, more commission is paid if you can close the sale yourself) OTE is roughly £40,000 - £50,000 with the potential to earn far more [FULLY UNCAPPED]

This is a high-volume B2B calling role, with leads coming in from mainly warm leads (accounts with the main business) as well as some cold leads. You have the choice of either passing leads on or fulfilling the full sales cycle yourself - you could be expected to do up to 150 calls on some days.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation / full sales cycle to business customers
  • Learning the business and becoming a brand ambassador
  • Selling a range of services and products
