Looking position by position for the new role is a taxing and time-consuming process; staffing firms already have an eye on the full breadth of available positions that a candidate may fit into.
While a job seeker may focus on a single position, company or interview at a time, a recruitment agency has a large number of open positions to fill at a time. A staffing agency can consider a job applicant for a wide number of open positions at once, using their expertise to match the candidate to their ideal position and company.
Insights into a position, as well as a company's culture, values, and expectations, may not always be available to a regular job applicant. Recruitment agencies put a great deal of effort into understanding both sides of a hire, since it is in their best interest to make a good match between both the candidate and the company. Putting candidates in a position to succeed benefits all three parties and can make sure the next job you land is the best one.
