VANRATH are delighted to be working alongside our client, a leading Music services provider organisation based in to assist with the recruitment of an experienced Operations Quality Manager based in their modern offices in Belfast City Centre. This is a Monday - Friday position (8.00am - 4.00pm, or 8.30am - 4.30pm, or 9.00am - 5.00pm) Permanent position. Hybrid working model in which 2 days would be in Belfast City Centre offices, and the other 3 would be working from home.

Salary/ Benefits

£32,000 - £35,000 + Fantastic Benefits

Responsibilities

The Operations Quality Manager will be required to represent the organisation at a senior level both internally and externally. This role includes People Management, general administrative duties, key account management and face to face contact with both internal and external clients which may involve domestic/international travel.

  • Work directly with the Senior Operations and Strategy Manager in defining quality procedures across the core operations of the business
  • Monitor performance levels at a team and individual level by developing and implementing quality assurance audits
  • Manage the provision of regular feedback on quality performance at an individual and team level
  • Direct each services team in analysing data relating to their own performance to enable them to establish methods of improving services.
  • Identify patterns and trends within poor quality data
  • Critically assess the performance of current quality assurance systems and ensure they are both effective and efficient
  • Contribute to the presentation of management reports.
  • To be of general assistance to the Senior Operations and Strategy Manager and the general day to day running of the company
  • To maintain good customer care and relationships with all clients as required

The Ideal Person

Essential

  • Experience in a leadership role at middle management involving effective people management, systems and policies
  • Experience of managing and delivering contracted services (SLAs)
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships
  • Proven track record of managing a varied workload
  • Utilising performance management frameworks to promote best practice

Desirable

  • Experience in data analysis, manipulation and presentation
  • Experience of routine HR practices - Recruitment/Selection, Appraisals and Disciplinary Actions
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
