VANRATH are delighted to be representing a highly-valued client, that now have an opening for an Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. A reputable and recognised NI name, our client continue to grow their business operations across Ireland and Europe. As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital part in the strategic and commerical decisions to help shape the company moving forward.

The desirable candidate will have;

• Four year's similar experience
• Food or FMCG background
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Evidence of effective strategy creation/change
• Leadership skills

As the Operations Manager, duties will include:

• Work effectively with the management team.
• Leading a team and assisting with the management of multiple teams in the depot.
• Contribute to introducing new initiatives and be influential in change management.
• Working using lean principles as a philosophy and supporting standardisation.
• Resource Projection Planning in line with budgetary targets.
• Budgeting and KPI analysis and driving ongoing improvements.
• Create an ethos of continuous improvement and a high performing culture.
