VANRATH are delighted to be representing a highly-valued client, that now have an opening for an Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. A reputable and recognised NI name, our client continue to grow their business operations across Ireland and Europe. As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital part in the strategic and commerical decisions to help shape the company moving forward.
The desirable candidate will have;
- Four year's similar experience
- Food or FMCG background
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Evidence of effective strategy creation/change
- Leadership skills
As the Operations Manager, duties will include:
- Work effectively with the management team.
- Leading a team and assisting with the management of multiple teams in the depot.
- Contribute to introducing new initiatives and be influential in change management.
- Working using lean principles as a philosophy and supporting standardisation.
- Resource Projection Planning in line with budgetary targets.
- Budgeting and KPI analysis and driving ongoing improvements.
- Create an ethos of continuous improvement and a high performing culture.
