Operations Analyst

Belfast (Hybrid Working)

£25,000 (+ bonus)

Have you graduated from a STEM based degree recently or in the last few years, you're looking for a move with full training, a defined path for career progression and a collaborative team?

Do you enjoy solving problems, are you inquisitive, do you have an analytical mind and would you be comfortable building and maintaining rapport with stakeholders?

In this role you will gain a good understanding of the technology an application is coded in, you'll gain architectural knowledge and transferable skills.

The Ideal Person

This ideal person is an analytical problem-solver and you're happy to work shifts (and receive bonuses for doing them) and you're a strong communicator

  • 2.1/1st class degree in a STEM related subject
  • Strong communication skills
  • Aptitude to learn new programming languages

Responsibilities

As an Operations Analyst you will investigate problems that come through from clients, fix the problem and prevent it from reoccurring.

  • Pre-empt potential problems by creating monitoring checks
  • Manage a system's features
  • Understanding and deploying and newly developed code for any application releases
  • Work with the Software team to understand protocols and how to best put them into practice
