About you
Proven experience in an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or Assistant accountant
Confident managing end-to-end bookkeeping (sales, purchases, reconciliations, payroll support)
Knowledge of ROI compliance, VAT, and documentation for cross-border trading
Familiar with accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and the ability to work autonomously
Interest in sustainability and process improvement
What you'll do
Manage all aspects of bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly reporting
Oversee day-to-day office administration, ensuring efficient operations and accurate records
Handle ROI trade compliance, VAT returns, and documentation for buying and selling products across borders
Support with purchasing, logistics, and supplier management
Liaise with accountants, auditors, and management to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Contribute to system improvements, sustainability initiatives, and business efficiency projects
