About you

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or Assistant accountant

  • Confident managing end-to-end bookkeeping (sales, purchases, reconciliations, payroll support)

  • Knowledge of ROI compliance, VAT, and documentation for cross-border trading

  • Familiar with accounting software

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Strong communication and the ability to work autonomously

  • Interest in sustainability and process improvement

What you'll do

  • Manage all aspects of bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, ensuring efficient operations and accurate records

  • Handle ROI trade compliance, VAT returns, and documentation for buying and selling products across borders

  • Support with purchasing, logistics, and supplier management

  • Liaise with accountants, auditors, and management to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

  • Contribute to system improvements, sustainability initiatives, and business efficiency projects
