VANRATH are recruiting a Office Manager to work in a leading electrical and construction installation company in Omagh, Northern Ireland.

Remuneration:
£26,000+ depending on experience

Client:
Our client is a leading Mechanical& electrical contractor based in Omagh, Northern Ireland.

The company are going through a period of growth and due to an increase in workload and are looking for an office manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Role:
Office Management
* Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests.
* Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages.
* Handling budgeting for the business.
* Organising meetings and minutes, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events.
* Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow, assessing staff and providing feedback to improve internal performance.
* Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
* Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees and company events.

Prepare Proposals
* To manage the bid qualification for new opportunities.
* Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
* Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
* Oversee all aspects of proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compelling bids are submitted in a timely manner.
* Manage the bid budget
* Review all customer requirements to ensure that they are met in the proposal and collaborate with a wide variety of involved parties to include all necessary information within the proposals.
* Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids

The Ideal Person:
Experience:

* Proven capability in office management.
* Experience in delivering winning, multi-million-pound Electrical & Mechanical installation tendering opportunities. .
* Suitable candidate will be fully conversant with the competitive marketplace.
* Sound commercial understanding, P&L and risk management skills.
