VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a well-established professional services firm in Enniskillen, seeking a capable and self-sufficient Office Administrator / Receptionist to join their team.
This role would suit someone who takes genuine pride in maintaining a welcoming, organised workspace and enjoys being the central point of contact within a busy professional office. You'll work independently day-to-day, ensuring the smooth running of the office while supporting the wider team across administration, client service, and systems management.
What You Will Do
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the reception and communal areas reflect a professional environment.
- Manage front-of-house duties including greeting visitors, handling calls, and managing meeting schedules.
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, scanning, and filing (both digital and hard copy).
- Maintain and update internal databases, software systems, and practice management tools.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing post and email communications.
- Support internal processes such as billing, payment reminders, and light credit control.
- Liaise with team members and external contacts to ensure efficient workflow across the practice.
- Take responsibility for office supplies, facilities, and presentation standards

Requirements
- Previous experience in an office administration, reception, or front-of-house role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using office software and databases (e.g. Microsoft Office, document control or CRM systems).
- Professional and approachable manner, comfortable working on your own initiative.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain composure in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
