Office Administrator (Payroll)
VANRATH are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a growing engineering firm to recruit an Office Administrator (Payroll) to join their busy finance and operations team. What You'll Do
Complete weekly end-to-end payroll, including timesheet collection, validation and processing
Manage day-to-day payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely payments
Liaise with external payroll providers and resolve payroll-related queries
Maintain employee records and payroll data in line with company procedures
Provide general office and administrative support, including document management and reporting
Oversee company vehicle administration, including records, documentation and coordination with suppliers
Support the finance and office teams with ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Ensure compliance with company policies, payroll regulations and data confidentiality standards
About You
Previous experience in office administration with exposure to payroll or finance support
Comfortable managing payroll processes from start to finish
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills
Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
