VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a leading energy provider in the recruitment of a skilled Administrator to support operations within their busy Market Development function.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of 2 days onsite (Ormeau Road office) and 3 days working from home, offering flexibility and work-life balance. Initially offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension or permanency based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support for meetings and forums, including stakeholder coordination and minute-taking
Prepare and distribute relevant meeting materials, track actions, and ensure timely follow-up
Support the Market Development team in administrative duties related to code modifications and event scheduling
Oversee updates to the company website and manage social media interactions where required
Coordinate meetings and manage the administration of the NI Improvement Register, ensuring actions are progressed
Maintain internal procedural documentation including version control and staff competency tracking
Oversee the audit calendar related to internal processes
Assist in ongoing market operations activities such as billing cycles, system access management, and communication monitoring (emails, voicemails, contact lists)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role (minimum 3 years)
Strong minute-taking or meeting coordination background
Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong organisational and communication skills
