VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a growing advisory business, presently seeking to appoint an OD Director to join the growing team in Belfast.


The OD Director, along with a small team of like-minded peers, will form the core of a new local Advisory team, tasked with the delivery of a range of OD and Change services across the public, private and not for profit sectors.

The Role

The main purpose of the role is to deliver a professional, commercially focused Organisation Design and HR advisory support service to a growing number of corporate, public sector and SME sector clients.

Your role will be to listen, understand the client's business and respond in a structured manner working as part of an established team of professionals.

You will be supporting the day-to-day management of assigned clients and will be a key member in the delivery of a range of OD and HR solutions for those clients.

The Person

  • You will be working with clients across a range of sectors and industries and ideally you will have worked across a mixture of the above, with the ability to influence at a senior level
  • CIPD Qualified
  • 5- 7 years' experience in a Senior HR, Organisation Design or Consulting environment
