Newly Qualified Litigation Solicitor (Partner-Track Opportunity)
The Opportunity

The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of civil litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on personal injury claims, including motor and non-motor cases and uninsured loss recovery. As your experience grows, you will be encouraged to take increasing ownership of files and client relationships, with a clear pathway toward building your own practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and progressing civil litigation files, with increasing autonomy
- Handling personal injury and uninsured loss claims from instruction to resolution
- Drafting pleadings, court documents, and correspondence
- Advising clients and building trusted, long-term relationships
- Attending court, client meetings, and negotiations
- Contributing to the growth and profile of the litigation department
The Ideal Candidate
- Newly Qualified Solicitor (or qualifying shortly) with litigation training experience
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated by long-term career progression
- Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a commercial and client-focused mindset
- An interest in business development and building a future client base
