NQ Corporate Solicitor
Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
I'm currently working with a highly respected international law firm who are looking to add a newly qualified Corporate Solicitor to their Belfast team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm renowned for handling complex, high-value corporate transactions for world-class clients across multiple jurisdictions.
The Opportunity
This role offers exposure to a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, reorganisations, capital markets, and cross-border transactions. You'll be working closely with experienced lawyers and project teams across the firm's global network, gaining invaluable experience early in your career.

The Role
- Assisting on major corporate and commercial matters, including large-scale due diligence projects and drafting legal documentation.
- Collaborating with lawyers, legal project managers, and tech specialists across multiple offices worldwide.
- Helping to manage project processes and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues and clients internationally.
What They're Looking For
- A qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales.
- Ideally some experience in corporate or commercial law, though newly qualified candidates from other areas will be considered.
- A proactive, commercially aware team player with excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to learn from leading experts in the field.
