They develop, deliver, and manage analytics solutions across various domains, operating remotely with staff based throughout Europe, our client has an ambitious hiring plan to support strategic growth over the next three years.

The Role
As an Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge data and NLP models and applications to enhance our client's service portfolio. This is a pivotal new role, offering the opportunity to create innovative models and tools and be a leading member of an expert solution delivery team. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in statistical analysis, data modelling, machine learning, and classification, alongside commercial acumen to present the vision of the underlying service business case to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise industry-standard modelling tools and techniques, with a focus on NLP technologies including open-source and vendor-specific offerings.
• Demonstrate exceptional skills in statistical analysis, machine learning methods, and text representation techniques.
• Design NLP models, tools, and applications.
• Transform natural language data into useful features using NLP techniques for classification algorithms.
• Select appropriate annotated datasets for supervised learning techniques.
