Newly Qualified Accountant - Practice

The Role
A varied position covering year-end accounts, compliance, and advisory support across a mixed client base. Perfect for someone who wants exposure, responsibility, and a clear progression path without feeling like "a number".

What You Will Do

• Prepare and support completion of statutory accounts for a range of SME clients
• Assist with corporation tax computations and compliance deadlines
• Work closely with managers/partners on client queries and advisory pieces
• Get involved in bookkeeping, VAT, and cloud accounting where relevant
• Support junior staff and help maintain strong delivery standards
• Build relationships with clients and develop confidence in meetings and calls

Requirements

• Recently qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent)
• Practice background with solid accounts prep experience
• Confident communicator who's keen to be client-facing
• Strong attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset
• Interest in developing advisory skills and progressing in practice
