About You:
Experience in manufacturing, production, or engineering finance environments (or strong exposure during training)
Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost management and process improvement
Newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Confident communicator with the ability to work with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
What You'll Do:
Oversee cost accounting activities including raw materials, labour, and overheads
Lead stock takes, reconciliations, and inventory valuation processes
Perform variance analysis to identify waste and improvement opportunities
Prepare management accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Partner with operational teams to deliver clear, actionable financial insights
