We're partnering with a fast-growing, forward-thinking company operating across Northern Ireland and Ireland to find a Business Development Executive who's ready to drive growth and make an impact. If you're commercially savvy, driven by results, and want to grow within a company that truly values its people - this role is for you.
Identify and engage potential clients across the construction and civils sector (onshore & offshore).
Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Create and deliver tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations.
Work closely with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
Monitor industry trends to uncover new opportunities.
Attend networking events, conferences, and industry functions.
Achieve (and exceed) sales targets with confidence and consistency.
Proven experience in business development (ideally within construction or engineering).
Confident communicator and persuasive negotiator.
Results-driven, with a strategic mindset and relationship-first approach.
Comfortable with occasional travel.
A degree is beneficial but not essential.
