VANRATH is delighted to have partnered with a leading managed services provider to recruit a Network Lead to join their talented team.

The Ideal Person

• Experience in a technical lead and/or support lead role
• Extensive experience of supporting a broad range of MPLS/SD-WAN and MWAN

technologies

• Experience of Juniper, Fortinet and Cisco network solutions
• Experience with ISP and circuit supplier engagements
• Understanding/experience with ISO and ITIL standards

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of the support team to ensure that customer SLAs,

operational KPIs and quality standards are met

• Ensure workload is allocated effectively to optimise available resource and skill

levels

• People management and development
• Maintain a positive attitude and a high level of customer service at all times
• Contribute to the overall development of the operational systems and processes
• Being part of the Operational Support Services group, facilitating the resolution of

complex technical and business problems, which have an impact on technical and
financial results of the company.
