About you

  • Extensive sales experience, showing career progression and winning commercial deals.
  • Open to sector and product experience but preference given to medical device sales.
  • Demonstrable track record with winning new business and Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry (desirable)
  • Open to travel and visits customers across NI.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving license.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives within Northern Ireland
  • Identify new business opportunities while managing and developing existing client relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations to healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and market opportunities
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to support strategic decision-making
