About you
- Extensive sales experience, showing career progression and winning commercial deals.
- Open to sector and product experience but preference given to medical device sales.
- Demonstrable track record with winning new business and Account Management.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry (desirable)
- Open to travel and visits customers across NI.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving license.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives within Northern Ireland
- Identify new business opportunities while managing and developing existing client relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital and healthcare professionals
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and market opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports to support strategic decision-making
