Job Overview
VANRATH are assisting our client in hiring a Temporary Medical Receptionist in Belfast. The role involves front-line reception duties, managing patient enquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support in a busy healthcare setting.
- Salary: £12.30/hour
- 37 hours per week
- Temporary
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in a Medical Receptionist or similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in an office or administrative role is essential.
- A minimum of five GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
