Degree qualified or holding HNC/HND (or equivalent experience), you will demonstrate strong technical understanding of mechanical building services design, Building Regulations compliance, and BIM-led delivery.
Commercially focused, organised, and confident working with designers, external consultants and clients, you will be comfortable driving efficient, compliant and commercially competitive building services design solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Preconstruction Manager, your duties will include:

  • Overseeing the BIM process and working alongside in-house Revit teams to deliver coordinated models
  • Preparing and submitting technical documentation and approvals
  • Providing visibility of design status, programme and commercial considerations to project delivery teams
  • Administering contracts during design stage, including applications, early warnings and compensation events where required
