This is a newly created position designed to strengthen the company's brand presence, communicate its growing sustainability initiatives, and drive strategic marketing activity across multiple channels.

The Company

Our client is a recognised leader within the construction/plumbing supply sector, with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and reliability. The business is entering an exciting phase of growth and investment, with a particular focus on sustainable production and environmentally responsible product development. This role presents a unique opportunity to help shape how those initiatives are communicated across the marketplace.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of all marketing activity within the business; from developing strategy and delivering engaging campaigns, to enhancing customer relationships and championing the company's sustainability story.

You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and clear communication of the company's environmental vision.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth and sustainability goals

  • Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, web content, and print collateral

  • Lead sustainability-focused storytelling to showcase the organisation's environmental commitments

  • Create case studies, PR content, and product marketing materials

  • Plan and coordinate trade shows, events, and industry engagement opportunities

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, reporting on ROI and key metrics

  • Maintain brand identity across all communications and touchpoints

The Person

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline

  • 3+ years' experience in a marketing role (preferably within manufacturing, construction, or engineering)

  • Strong understanding of sustainability communication and ESG trends

  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills

  • Confident managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail

  • Collaborative, energetic, and passionate about brand growth

What's in it for you

  • Competitive salary and benefits package

  • On-site role in Strabane with a supportive and close-knit team environment

  • Opportunity to make a real impact in a company committed to sustainability and innovation

  • Career growth and professional development within a stable, expanding business
