Salary

£30,000 - £38,000 + Additional Fantastic Benefits and Perks & Progression Opportunities

Responsibilities:

As Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement the marketing strategy which will drive the brand in Northern Ireland and beyond. You will create integrated marketing campaigns across many channels for our commercial vehicle business.

This is a varied role within a fast-paced environment and will encompass all marketing activities for the business to include: Marketing strategy, paid ads management, budget allocation, content direction, event planning, vehicle stock management, CRM database management all fitting within the brand.

You will also be responsible for website management, content creation for social media, digital & email marketing - ensuring all content is in keeping with guidelines.

· Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging products, and best practices in marketing, and apply them to enhance the company's marketing strategies.

· Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum return on investment.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The Ideal Person:

  • Minimum of 2 years' previous experience in a relevant marketing role
  • Degree in Marketing/Business or related qualification
  • Proactive approach with a high level of creativity
  • Proficient in website management and use of CMS software
  • Proficient in CRM and database management
  • Evidence of implementing and managing social media campaigns for business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident in co-ordinating marketing plans with the manufacturer and management team
