Marketing Manager - 2-3 days per week
Job Description
Vanrath is excited to collaborate with an award-winning developer in the property space, this company is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager that will be on fixed-term contract for 12-15 months (extended maternity cover).
The successful candidate will be based in their Belfast office.
Salary
£40,000 - £55,000 per annum which will be pro rata for 2/3 out of 5 days worked.

The Role:
To provide strategic leadership across marketing strategy and campaigns, management, advice and guidance to the Board. You will have direct reports of Marketing Consultants and a Sales & Marketing Administrator.
A major focus for the role will be managing an external agency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and be accountable for the marketing team, providing clear direction to the staff and commitment to the values and strategy.
- Monitor and foster accountability to delivery on the marketing goals.
- Develop talent, coach and support employee development.
- Help to lead on the formulation of the company's overall vision, strategy and goals, identify potential growth opportunities.
- Deliver on customer and stakeholder satisfaction in regard to agreed schedule, scope and quality of work delivered.
- Represent the company as a credible ambassador, building and maintaining relationships with customers, the industry and other stakeholders including through attendance and presentations at identified forums.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate strong leads across all sites.
- Research, identify and, where appropriate, implement new innovations in marketing.
- Define and implement brand position. Ensure consistent implementation of the brand across all media and functions.
- Public Relations - manage media relations & public relations efforts to enhance the company's image and visibility
- Forecast, procure, prioritise, organise and allocate resources to achieve required business priorities.
- Be accountable for budget management including ensuring cost control.
- Drive continuous improvement.
Essential Criteria:
- 2 A-levels grade C or above
- 3-5+ years marketing experience
- 1-2 years+ management experience
- Creating and delivering marketing plans.
Desired Criteria:
- Marketing or related degree
- Marketing within property or construction
