A well-established, multi-site organisation operating across Northern Ireland is seeking to appoint a creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive to support its ongoing growth.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both the strategic and delivery side of marketing. You will take ownership of digital channels, campaign performance, and brand visibility, using data-led insights to drive engagement and business impact.

Role Overview

Working as part of a growing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives across digital platforms, while continuously reviewing performance and identifying opportunities to improve reach and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update company websites, including content creation, blog writing, and SEO optimisation
  • Oversee CMS updates and coordinate with external developers on website enhancements
  • Monitor and evaluate social media performance, providing regular insight reports and recommendations
  • Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and regulatory changes
  • Plan, execute, and review marketing campaigns to maximise brand awareness and engagement
  • Track and report on campaign effectiveness, ensuring clear measurement against ROI
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Support the delivery of events, sponsorships, and promotional activities, including planning and logistics
  • Build relationships with industry contacts and support online community engagement
  • Encourage internal engagement by supporting colleagues to act as brand advocates across platforms

  • Develop and implement structured social media strategies aligned to wider business goals
  • Plan and manage paid social campaigns, optimising for performance and audience targeting
  • Maintain a forward-thinking content calendar to ensure consistent and timely messaging
  • Create high-quality, engaging content to strengthen brand presence and attract new customers

Candidate Profile

  • Degree-qualified in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Demonstrable experience delivering both digital and traditional marketing activity
  • Strong working knowledge of content creation tools (e.g. Canva or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
  • Creative flair with strong attention to visual presentation
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Proven ability to measure and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Experience across both B2B and B2C environments desirable
  • Awareness of emerging trends and technologies within the marketing landscape

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
