This is a Monday - Friday - Permanent position - Office based in Cookstown - potential options for Hybrid but mainly in-office.

Salary

You will be proficient in:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, such as videos, brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic and social media engagement, to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
• Assist with the organisation of company attendance at Trade shows, exhibitions, corporate hospitality events etc.
• Assist with Pre-qualification and Tender submissions to support the business development plans.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

The Ideal Person:

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using various marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM, and social media management platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
