The requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, events, or related roles.
  • Previous experience managing & organising events.
  • Experience using HubSpot is highly advantages.
  • Can work with minimum supervisory.
  • Good communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders.
  • Interest in B2B marketing and events

The role:

  • Part time role, supporting the head of marketing with marketing initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of global events, webinars, and conferences
  • Assist with logistics, including registrations, materials, and supplier coordination
  • Manage attendee lists and support lead capture and follow-up activities
  • Help coordinate marketing campaigns across email and social media channels
  • Support content creation, website updates, and performance reporting
  • Assist with CRM data, list segmentation, and lead management
  • Provide administrative support to keep projects on track and organised
