VANRATH is delighted to have partnered with a leading interior fit-out company to recruit a Business Development and Marketing Executive to join their talented team (ideal for a Digital Marketer)

Salary/ Benefits
In order to attract the very best talent on the market a generous remuneration package is on offer for this position of £40,000 - £45,000. In addition to this, the position comes with a range of fantastic benefits and great opportunities for career progression.

The Ideal Person

  • You will have at least 3 years relatable experience within a commercial, business development or marketing environment.
  • You will hold a third level qualification in a business or creative discipline such as Business Studies, Marketing, Digital Marketing Communication or have equivalent relevant experience.
  • Be computer literate with all Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Have a passion for marketing with a working knowledge of key industry tools such as Google Analytics. Have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with a proactive and flexible approach.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of the company's global business development strategy with new and existing clients. Develop and manage designated client relationships before, between and throughout live projects whilst ensuring we delivery on our commitments.
  • Collate & present effective global market intelligence and identify prospective leads across the theming/experiential industry sector and present back to senior management.
  • Monitor & develop Company Analytics.
  • Maintain the internal business development database. Research future pipeline projects to enable the Company to fully understand project brief prior to tender stage.
  • Develop the Brand globally with a consistent and unique approach. Create and produce sector specific company portfolios and customised company bid documents for major projects in the themed entertainment sector. This will involve working closely with our in-house creative and technical design team.
  • Develop strategic collaborations and partnerships within the industry internationally that enhance project award success and delivery.
  • Foster innovation in seeking ways to adopt new technologies that give the company a competitive advantage in its design, fabrication and installation of its work
  • Manage and direct the production and prequalification and bid documentation.
  • Assisting the Project Director setting up the company site operations overseas.
  • Sourcing suppliers and specialist sub-contractors and preparing packages for pricing, sourcing props and procurement. Developing a localisation strategy in overseas markets.
  • Building a supply chain database in local and overseas markets.
  • Managing and controlling project documentation.
  • Compiling information for project reporting.
  • Organise and participate in major trade exhibitions and conferences across the globe.
  • Organise & participate in company webinars, online presentations.
  • Organise company promotional events at home and overseas.
  • Supporting the co-ordination of external partners in the collaborative creative process for RFP'S and contributing ideas to the creative process.
  • Identifying and developing knowledge about application of new technology in the themed attractions industry and sharing this knowledge with colleagues.
  • Develop a visitor agenda to enhance our Head Office visitor experience to ensure it is a valued experience for both the client and company.
  • Manager and co-ordinate all hospitality arrangements for visitors on site with the support of in-house domestic personnel.

FLEXIBILITY:

  • Maintain a current Passport and be willing to undertake international travel.
