VANRATH are recruiting a Digital Administrator to work for a well-respected Property Services Contractor, based in Magherafelt, Northern Ireland.

Client:
Our client is a well-respected Property Services Contractor that have been operating for approximately 50 years. They specialise in property alterations and modifications, damage restoration and maintenance projects. They work with Social and Private Housing clients, Property Management Companies, Care Homes, Schools, Councils and Commercial Buildings.

Key Responsibilities:.

  • Maintain and update the subcontractor database.
  • Chase and collate compliance documents (insurance, accreditations, certifications).
  • Assist with onboarding pack design, layout and graphics.
  • Upload and organise procurement records.
  • Input and extract data from H&S systems (incidents, audits, inspections).
  • Maintain dashboards, trackers and scorecards.
  • Support toolbox talks, internal communications and monthly reports.
  • Design visuals, templates and graphics for bids, presentations and case studies.
  • Create branded social media content and simple videos.
  • Format and enhance bid submissions with infographics and layout design.
  • Prepare presentations for internal sessions and events.
  • Gather photos and content for marketing and tenders.
  • Provide administrative support to the Core Services team.
  • Prepare documents, schedule meetings and manage files/inboxes.
  • Update SharePoint, intranet and internal communications.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
  • Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint Designer and Visio.
  • Basic graphic design and simple video editing skills.
  • Ability to produce clear, engaging visuals.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Desirable

  • Experience with CapCut, Adobe Express or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of social media content creation and analytics.
  • Interest in marketing, branding or business improvement.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or database systems.
  • Create short training and explainer videos for updated processes.
  • Design slides, graphics and visuals for toolbox talks, campaigns and internal events.
  • Support development and organisation of quality training materials.
