About you:
- Minimum 5 years' manufacturing experience in a similar role
- Relevant third-level qualification in manufacturing, construction, or related field
- Proven track record in process improvement, lean methodologies, and root cause analysis
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
What you'll do:
- Lead manufacturing and process engineering support, ensuring operations meet quality and technical specifications
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement manufacturing methods, supporting documentation, and equipment specifications
- Collaborate with design teams on manufacturing implications of product changes
- Drive lean initiatives to reduce waste, optimise throughput, and improve efficiency
- Oversee failure analysis, quality assurance, and safety compliance
- Source and oversee the design of new equipment to enhance productivity and safety
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
