About you:

  • Minimum 5 years' manufacturing experience in a similar role
  • Relevant third-level qualification in manufacturing, construction, or related field
  • Proven track record in process improvement, lean methodologies, and root cause analysis
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental standards


What you'll do:

  • Lead manufacturing and process engineering support, ensuring operations meet quality and technical specifications
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement manufacturing methods, supporting documentation, and equipment specifications
  • Collaborate with design teams on manufacturing implications of product changes
  • Drive lean initiatives to reduce waste, optimise throughput, and improve efficiency
  • Oversee failure analysis, quality assurance, and safety compliance
  • Source and oversee the design of new equipment to enhance productivity and safety
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
