The Role

Manufacturing Engineers will be responsible for the development and improvement of existing manufacturing systems, procedures and equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment. With a focus on continuous improvement, they will contribute to the overall success of the organization by delivering maximum efficiency of production.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and implement the most efficient and cost effective production methods required to manufacture major sub-components and final assembly of machines.
  • Establish/implement containment and route cause fixes to manufacturing issues.
  • Adhere to company operating standards to ensure Health and Safety and maximise production efficiency
  • Management of Bill of Materials and material movement using computerised systems.
  • Develop ergonomic processes designed around Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Conduct and contribute to manufacture reviews at New Product Introduction phase.


About you

  • BEng in Engineering or relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
