VANRATH are pleased to be partnering with a well known SME based in Belfast, who require a Management Accountant to join their team on what would initial be a contract basis for 6 months.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the company in the preparation, reconciliation and analysis of financial data for monthly reporting. To be considered for this role, it is essential to have previous experience of monthly reporting, KPI reporting and general ledger management.

About you

  • Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience
  • Management Accountant experience
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Available at short notice

What you'll do

  • Preparation of monthly reporting pack
  • Budgeting and variance analysis
  • Reconciliation of key balances & P&L accounts
  • Maintenance of bank accounts including bank reconciliations
  • Assist with the production of monthly management accounts
