Offering a flexible approach to working, you will have an opportunity to work alongside a hugely ambitious CFO in helping with key monthly management and finance tasks to review cost analysis and forecast to help in business plannign and decisions.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recording and allocating receipts and payments and completing bank reconciliations
  • Preparation of budgets and forecast
  • Preparation of year end accounts
  • Process purchase order, purchase invoice, supplier payments and reconciling supplier statements
  • Completion of statutory government returns
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Ensure invoices are posted to the correct nominal ledger costs
  • Credit control and aged debt analysis
  • Presenting information to management and rest of finance team


REQUIREMENTS;

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working within finance, particularly within management and financial accounts
  • ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to develop month end reporting, budgeting and forecasting models
  • Advanced MS Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience with SAGE accounting software or similar
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise work
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
