The Management Accountant will report to the Financial Controller and will take responsibility for developing and managing quarterly and annual budgets. This is the ideal role for an outgoing character, with strong communication skills to join a start-up environment and take on a role that will have a direct impact on the overall group performance. Due to the interim nature of the role there is an opportunity for an immediate start, and interviews are taking place now - candidates with shortened notice periods are at an advantage.

About you

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
• Previous experience of management accounts
• Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel
• Ability to interact with non-finance staff
• Strong communication and presentation skills

What you'll do

• Produce management reports and variance analysis
• Budgetary control, working closely with operational managers
• Cashflow forecasting
• Enhance current systems and implement new systems as required
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• General ledger reconciliations
