This role is initially scheduled for a period of 18 months to assist during a period of change within the business.

The Management Accountant will be responsible for preparing the monthly management accounts for 2 entities within the group, taking full responsibility for delivering results in line with month end schedules. Given the period of change within the business the incoming Management Accountant will have the potential to get involved in significant project work across the business. To be considered for this role it is essential to be a Fully Qualified Accountant, with previous experience of working in a month end environment.

About you

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• High degree of self-motivation and initiative
• Ambition and desire to progress quickly
• Strong MS Excel skills including Pivots and vLookups
• Available to start at short notice

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly accounts to ensure group reporting deadlines are achieved
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Variance analysis
• Assisting with year-end accounts preparation
