Management Accountant

This is an excellent role for a part-qualified accountant, with experience managing month end reporting, to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate would report to the Finance Director.

About you

You will be an experienced accounts professional with experience in a commercial environment. It is preferred you are confident working across UK and ROI entities and have excellent inter personal skills. You will have experience working across multiple entities too.

  • Part-qualified, qualified by experience or qualified
  • Experience of managing an accounts function
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experiencing preparing management accounts

The Role

The successful candidate will join an already established, close-knit finance team and will report directly to the FD. This role offers a varied workload and ensures the successful candidate gains hands on experience with the preparation of management reports. This role has clear career progression, and the successful applicant will work their way up to Management Accountant level. The successful individual will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Financial Analysis and reporting
  • weekly bank reconciliations
  • Updating supplier statements and payments
  • CIS and RTC submissions
  • Completion of UK and ROI VAT
