About you
- Dual-skilled engineer with electrical and mechanical expertise
- Proven track record in maintenance or supervisory roles within manufacturing or industrial settings
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience leading or mentoring maintenance teams or apprentices
- Well-versed in PPM systems and maintenance planning
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
What you'll do
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of maintenance engineers to ensure machinery operates efficiently
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair activities
- Provide hands-on electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis support
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and productivity
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with production to prioritise workload and optimise overall equipment performance
- Manage maintenance records, key performance indicators, and reporting
