About you

  • Dual-skilled engineer with electrical and mechanical expertise
  • Proven track record in maintenance or supervisory roles within manufacturing or industrial settings
  • Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience leading or mentoring maintenance teams or apprentices
  • Well-versed in PPM systems and maintenance planning
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities


What you'll do

  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of maintenance engineers to ensure machinery operates efficiently
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair activities
  • Provide hands-on electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis support
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and productivity
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with production to prioritise workload and optimise overall equipment performance
  • Manage maintenance records, key performance indicators, and reporting
