Maintenance Engineer (Dual Skilled) - 4 Day Week

Day Shift | 4 Day Week
A well-established manufacturing business in Lisburn is currently seeking a Dual Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys a hands-on maintenance role within a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining production equipment, minimising downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
A 4-day working week on day shift offers an excellent work-life balance.
The Role
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults across equipment and plant
- Perform welding and fabrication repairs where required
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency
- Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
The Person
- Time-served Maintenance Engineer or relevant engineering qualification
- Dual skilled (Mechanical & Electrical) maintenance experience
- Welding experience essential
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
