Job Description

VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Logistics Support Executive for a market leading organisation that has a fantastic reputation. An amazing opportunity in a growing organisation with opportunities for progression.

This is a newly created role to meet business needs due to expansion.

The role is based in the company's Coleraine office. This is a Permanent position.

Shifts are Monday - Friday 12.00pm - 8.00pm.

Salary

£25,000+ per year + Fantastic Benefits package

Responsibilities:

  • Driver Training Administration - using internal systems.
  • Driver Debreif Administration.
  • Compliance Administration - Accident & Insurance reporting.
  • Production of reports for all sites.
  • Route planning.
  • General Office Administration.
  • Query Management & Call Handling.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proficient in all M/S Office packages, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Confident and articulate.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills.
  • Good standard of education or relevant demonstratable experience.

Desired Criteria:

  • Experience with Route Planning software
  • Experience in the Food Service Industry
